Most, if not all of our videos will be in the form of 'progressive download streams which means you will be able to watch them without buffering (pausing). If the video does buffer, simply push the pause button for a short time to let the video load more fully.
Once your video is fully downloaded to a temporary file on your computer you will be able to set the progress pointer on the bottom to any point on your video. However you won't have to wait for a full download before playing.
